iWEEK 2011 Event Proposals

iWEEK is a week-long showcase in which student organizations and university departments offer programs which highlight the international and intercultural nature of Georgetown. To host an iWEEK 2011 event, please complete this form online and see our tips for planning an iWEEK event! The information you provide will be reviewed by the Office of International Programs (OIP).
Note Process Change: If you are a student organization and are overseen by an on-campus student advisory board (i.e. SAC, CSJ, SOCA) you must ALSO submit an official proposal to them for this event.

iCUP Futbol (Soccer) Tournament 2011
Saturday, April 2nd - 9:00am to 6:00pm, Kehoe Field
Deadline: Tuesday, February 22nd at 5pm - Sign up online!
The annual iCUP Futbol Tournament is jointly organized by the Office of International Programs (OIP) and the International Student Association (ISA). For a $10 entrance fee per person, you will spend an exciting day with fellow futbol aficionados, receive a free iCUP t-shirt, and enjoy snacks and refreshments. Finally, you will have the possibility of winning the most prestigious football tournament on campus, along with gift certificates for your whole team!
This year, each team will be placed randomly into one of two divisions. Each team will play 3 games against the 3 other teams in its division. The top two teams from each division will then play against each other for the coveted title!
Spaces are limited. Only 10 teams can play. Sign up quickly!

iPARTY 2011 - Welcome to the Party!

Celebrated on Copley Lawn, iPARTY features cuisine and entertainment from around the world and culminates a week-long showcase of events highlighting the international and intercultural nature of Georgetown. To host a food table or perform a song/dance during iPARTY, please complete this form.
Please note that OIP will reimburse up to $140 per food table and that free iPARTY tickets will be provided to TWO members of your organization who are either working at your food table or performing a dance/song during the evening. To receive a reimbursement (up to $140) please provide all food receipts to Mari Williams in OIP no later than Wednesday, April 13, 2011.
