100th Anniversary Planning Meeting
In June 2011, the Office of International Programs hosted a meeting for a group of about 25 Villa Le Balze alumni that included past students as well as faculty members from the main campus who taught there for a semester or longer. The goal of our meeting was to begin planning for the Villa's 100th anniversary which will take place in 2012-2013 and celebrates the construction of the main Villa and the surrounding gardens. Be on the lookout for news on upcoming 100th Anniversary events!
Homecoming Reunion 2010
A group of Villa le Balze alumni joined together for an aperitivo all'italiano during the 2010 Homecoming Weekend. There were alumni from the Fall, Spring, Summer and Study Tour programs, both recently returned (Spring 2009) to those for whom the Villa experience is a distant - yet vivid - memory (Spring 1985). We hope you'll join us next year!

Villa Le Balze!
In December 2006, the Villa celebrated its 25th year as one of the best study abroad programs in Florence. During the year, the Villa sponsored several events to mark this anniversary, and published a commemorative photobook. For more information, please contact the Villa.
