School: 37 (39%) accusations were against COL students. 20 (21%) accusations were against MSB students. 11 (12%) accusations were against NHS students. 23 (24%) accusations were against SFS students. 4 (4%) accusations were against School of Continuing Studies students. Class: 18 (20%) students were from the class of 2009. 22 (25%) students were from the class of 2008. 19 (22%) students were from the class of 2007. 23 (26%) students were from the class of 2006. 5 (6%) students were non-degree or second-degree students. Development of Cases: 20 (21%) accusations were not advanced. 37 (39%) accusations used the expedited process. 38 (40%) accusations went to (or will go to) a hearing. Offenses: 45 (47%) accusations primarily involved plagiarism. 35 (37%) accusations primarily involved impermissible collaboration. 12 (13%) accusations primarily involved cheating. 3 (3%) accusations involved other offenses. Outcomes: 20 accusations were not advanced. 4 accusations went to hearings and resulted in a finding of Not in Violation. 21 Letters of Reprimand were recommended. 14 Letters of Censure were recommended. 15 Transcript Notations were recommended. 13 Suspensions were recommended. 0 dismissals were recommended. 3 accusations are still pending resolution. 2 students withdrew from the university.
