Classroom Requests Classroom usage policy
The University Registrar is responsible for main campus classroom scheduling for the Georgetown community. A partial listing of other university spaces can be found here.
- Faculty and teaching assistants may request classrooms online for course-related activities (film screenings, review sessions, guest lectures, etc.), subject to availability. Please allow at least two business days for all requests.
- Academic departments seeking classrooms for non-course meetings (conferences, departmental lectures, etc.) may request classrooms online. If classroom technology is required, please contact Classroom Educational Technology Services.
- Student groups with access to benefits (e.g. CSP approved student organizations, Campus Ministries, programs within the Center for Social Justice) may request classrooms online. If classroom technology is required, please contact Classroom Educational Technology Services. Those student groups who are not approved by the Office of Student Programs may also use the online form, however, please allow extra time to obtain permission to use classroom facilities.
